Kafka on the Shore

★★★★☆

Review:

A 15-year-old boy runs away from home, and finds refuge in a public library. An old man can communicate with cats, but has lost most of the rest of his mind. The two are brought inexorably together in this weird, wonderful novel that also incorporates Greek myth and magical realism.
