The Martian Chronicles

One of the best science fiction books, period. Bradbury strings together a wide variety of scenarios and stories as a chronology of human life on Mars, in a book that starts out as a weird meditation on the value of psychiatry and ends up being about the human condition. Highly recommended for a rainy weekend.
